Sabotage — Delete your account

Raveneal Associates · applies to the iOS and Android versions of the game

The short version. You can delete your Sabotage account yourself, inside the game, in about ten seconds. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you no longer have the game installed, email us and we will do it for you.

In the game

Open the lobby and tap the settings button (the gear).
Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
The button changes to TAP AGAIN TO DELETE. Tap it again within five seconds.

The game needs a connection for this, because the account lives on our server; if it cannot reach the server it says so and deletes nothing. When the server confirms, the game forgets the account on your phone as well and starts fresh, as if it had just been installed.

By email

Write to privacy@ravenealassociates.com from any address. Tell us the handle you played under, or the name shown on the leaderboard (an unnamed account shows as ANON- followed by four characters). We will delete the account and confirm to you when it is done, within 30 days and normally much sooner.

What is deleted

The account itself, including any Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In attached to it.
Your progress: runs, high score, upgrades, salvage balance and earned skins.
Your leaderboard and contest entries.
Our record of your in-app purchases.

Nothing is retained after deletion. There is no backup copy of a deleted account.

What is not affected

Purchases are not refunded. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own terms. Skins you bought remain tied to your Apple ID or Google account and are restored by the store if you play again.
Reports you made about other players, and reports about you, name a handle rather than an account and are kept so that moderation still works.
Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their own policies.
